This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of PureStrand Beauty’s website (the “Site”) and purchase of products (“Products”) from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or make purchases. By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; updated versions will be posted on the Site with a revised date.
When you place an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase Products. We may verify your information before accepting the order. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is processed, but this does not guarantee shipment—we reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages, incorrect pricing, or suspicious activity.
COD is the exclusive payment method for all orders. You agree to pay the full order amount (including applicable taxes and delivery fees) to the delivery driver upon receipt of your Products. Payment can be made via cash or major credit/debit cards as accepted by the delivery partner.
If you fail to make payment upon delivery, the driver will return the Products to us. You will not be charged a penalty, but we may restrict future order placements at our discretion.
We will deliver Products to the address provided during checkout. You must be present (or designate an authorized person) to accept delivery and make payment. Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you upon delivery.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to location or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays via email or phone.
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of Products, but minor variations may occur. We do not guarantee that Products will be suitable for your specific hair type or needs—always review product details and ingredients before purchase.
PureStrand Beauty is not liable for any allergic reactions or damages resulting from improper use of Products. If you have sensitivities, perform a patch test before full application.
You may return unopened, unused Products within 14 days of delivery for a refund (minus delivery fees). To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number. Returned Products must be in their original packaging.
Damaged or defective Products will be eligible for a full refund (including delivery fees) if reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the damage.
We collect and use your personal information (e.g., name, address, contact details) solely to process orders, deliver Products, and provide customer support. We will not sell or share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or services if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, any pending orders may be canceled, and we will refund amounts already paid (if applicable).
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
